Whats my name?

So I know I just posted a couple minutes ago but I feel like I need to say something about myself.

Sooo...

My name is Adeola or Daylah or Kooladeola or Day-Day or deydey 'n'em or Adella

As you can see I have several names and nicknames. I'm a rising sophomore at UNC and I absolutely love it here! I have three close friends on campus that I'm sure I'll blog all about them in my future posts. I'm premed with a double major in psychology and biology. I love to listen to people talk and learn from their experiences. I like to read, paint, work-out and hang out with my friends. I really wanna be a psychiatrist, after I'm done with all my schooling.

I am a energetic, happy, usually positive, funny and caring individual (why do I feel like I'm describing myself on a dating site)

However, I am also insecure, judgmental, a people pleaser and struggling to understand who God wants me to be. I have my problems and shortcomings. I am noooo where near perfect.

I enjoy the simple things in life, from flowers to hanging with my lovely friends to watching a movie to simple designs and patterns to volunteering and giving back to the community. I used to think it was a bad thing to enjoy the simple things, but it makes me happy.

As I've said before this blog will simply be my thoughts and ideas on daily life :)

Soooo its been a while!

Sooo it's been a while since I posted on here. Now, I think I'm ready to give this a try again. I can't believe the last time I was on here was in 2009, time flies so quickly.

Well the point of this NEW blog is really for me to just voice my opinions, ideas and thoughts. I have spent most of my life keeping my feelings hidden but now it's time for them to be voiced! Hopefully through this blog I can grow and understand myself a little bit more.


I am always and forever simply me.
